Ruth Ingram

Mrs. Ruth Lankford Ingram, 92, passed away March 12, 2019 at Summerstone Nursing and Rehab. She was born March 25, 1926 to the late William Luther and Luna Dell Alley Lankford. Ruth was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church. She retired from Western Electric after 30 plus years of service and was a big supporter of the Kernersville Civitan Club. Ruth loved bowling and was very proud of her 287 average. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death, by her loving husband, Fred Spencer Ingram, and her 10 brothers and sisters.

Surviving are; her many special nieces and nephews, and loving friends.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, March 15, 2019 at Main Street United Methodist Church with Pastor Rick Carter, Pastor Dale Hilton, and Pastor Will Van Wieren. Burial will follow in Pine Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 1:45 PM at the church prior to the service.
