Ruth Stuart Wendt

Mrs. Ruth Stuart Wendt went to be with the Lord on November 16, 2011, just 21 days shy of her 89th birthday. She was born December 7, 1922 in Asheton, NC, the youngest of five, to Everrett and Lela Graybeal Stuart. Ruth was a graduate of Lees-McRae College where she met her husband who was a student from Cleveland, Ohio. Ruth was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a loving mother and homemaker and enjoyed working in her flower gardens. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Professor Robert \"Bob\""" Wendt; daughter
