Sally Linville

Mrs. Sally Rae Linville, 72, of Rural Hall passed away Tuesday November 13, 2018 at her home. She was born April 18, 1946 in Alleghany County, VA to the late Clyde Ray Hamrick and Lois Agnes Kimberlin. Papa Mac was a loving, caring, and dedicated care taker to Mommaw and Insured that she could stay at home throughout her entire sickness. Sally loved to shop and had a passion for crafting and crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Penni Wheeler; step-daughter, Tyna Wall; Aunt, Mary Persinger (Olen); and cousin, Robin Simpson. She is survived by her loving husband, Mac Linville; two daughters, Ronni Anne Goff and Jenni Lynne Eller (Larry); two step-children, Chris Linville (Renee) and Todd Linville; seven grandchildren: Brittani Lumley, G.C Goff, Hillari Wheeler, Elijah Wheeler, Mikalynne Shell, Michael Eller, and Madyson Eller; six great-grandchildren: Raeleigh, Marleigh, Aleiona, Aryella, Grayson, and baby Daron. Also survived by a very special cousin Martha Persinger who was like a sister to her. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, November 18, at Mount Calvary Baptist Church of Belews Creek with Rev. Berry Clement and Jim Lee officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday, November 15, at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
