Samuel "Sam" Michael Jones

Samuel “Sam” Michael Jones, 23, of Advance, NC passed away Wednesday, January 31, 2024 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. He was born April 5, 2000 in Macon, GA. Sam graduated from Davie High School in 2018 and later graduated from Davidson-Davie Community College in Nursing. He was currently employed as an LPN with Trinity Elms Nursing & Rehabilitation. Sam was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Jerry Hall Taylor, James Leonard Jones, Jr. and Robert Weldon Ginn and an aunt, Kristin Taylor Lee. Surviving are his parents, Brooke Taylor Jones and Jesse Michael Jones; one brother, Nick Jones; grandparents, Carol Taylor and Mary Ginn; uncles, Len Jones (Phyllis) and Greg Taylor and aunts, Stephanie Ginn and Mark Ann Taylor. He also leaves behind his beloved dog Darla. Sam was the sweetest boy and his parents’ pride and joy. He will be greatly missed. A private service will be held for Sam.
