Sandra Leigh Tesh Butner

Mrs. Sandra Leigh Tesh Butner, 53, of Germanton, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014. She was born in Forsyth County on November 8, 1960 to Walter Lee Tesh and Katie Combs Tesh. Mrs. Butner was a member of Winston-Salem First. She was preceded in death by her father. Surviving are her son, Daniel Butner; mother, Katie C. Tesh; sister, Debbie Allen and husband Ricky; and nephew, Lee Allen. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 21, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Chaplain Fred Moretz officiating. Entombment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
