Sarah Elworth

Mrs. Sarah Catherine "Cathy" Hall Elworth, 65, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, September 20, 2017, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County on October 7, 1951 to Jimmy Lee Hall and Sarah Louise Howard Hall. Cathy loved socializing, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with her friends and family. Her smile and laugh will always be in our memory. Surviving are a husband, Michael "Mike" Peter Elworth, her parents, a daughter, Chrystal Hopley, a son, Seth Elworth, two grandchildren, Byrson Pegram and Ethan Wareing, and a brother, Lee Hall and wife Nancy.
