Scott Kenneth Puckett

Mr. Scott Kenneth Puckett, age 42, of Winston-Salem passed away at 2:00 a.m. July 4, 2011. Mr. Puckett is survived by his parents, Billy and Gail Puckett of Winston-Salem; wife, Wendy Puckett of Sandy Ridge; two children, Brandi Puckett of Madison and Kenneth Puckett of Sandy Ridge; three grandchildren, Ethan Morgan, Leah Joyce and Kaven Joyce all of Madison. Also surviving are many aunts, uncles and cousins; and best friends, Paxton and Angie Priddy. A Funeral Service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, July 7 at Cedar Hill Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Vance Jones and Elder Rodney Marshall officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 6 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
