Sharon Kiser

Sharon Lee McRae Kiser, 67, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Sharon was born on July 3, 1950 in Guilford County to Maurice Byron and Wynona Lee Bowman McRae. She was a member at Main Street Baptist Church in Kernersville and worked for AT&T for 20 years. Sharon enjoyed boating and crocheting and loved her three canine companions.

Sharon was preceded in death by her mother, Wynona McRae. Surviving are her husband of 48 years, Billy W. Kiser; her father, Maurice McRae; two brothers, David B. McRae (Gina) and Larry D. McRae (Gail); and one sister-in-law, Sylvia Barnes (William).
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Main Street Baptist Church in Kernersville with Pastor Walter Overman officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Main Street Baptist Church, 126 North Main St, Kernersville, NC 27284 or Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Ln, Kernersville, NC 27284. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
