Shelby Jean Donathan

With hearts full of love and gratitude we celebrate the life of Ms. Shelby Jean Donathan, age 77, who peacefully transitioned to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center.  Shelby was born December 28, 1946 in Wilkes county.  She leaves behind a legacy of  love and faith, survived by one sister Jane Prevette, and many loving nieces and nephews, two daughters, Candace Arnett (Chris) and Wendy Gibbs (Don); 3 grandchildren Christopher Arnett, Kayla Albertson and Brooke Ritter. 6 great grandchildren, Freya, Ethan, Jackson, Pheonix, Gryffin and Ivy.

    A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, April 24, 2024 at Winston-Salem First Pentecostal Holiness Church by Pastor Tim Wolfe.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Winston-Salem First Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com
