Shelia Ann Tuttle Gann

Shelia Ann Tuttle Gann, 71, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. Shelia was born on July 14, 1945, in Walnut Cove, NC, to Walter Brady and Mary Myrtle Mounce Tuttle. She was a member of Friedberg Moravian Church and retired from Sears as a Human Resources Manager and the Wake Forest Baptist Health gift shop. Shelia was a warm, devoted, and loving Wife, Mother, and Nana. She enjoyed decorating, cooking, gardening, relaxing on the porch, family traditions, and spending time with family and friends. She was the cornerstone and heart of her family and cherished her grandchildren immensely. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Fowler and Audrey Hamlin. Surviving are her loving husband of 50 years, Gene Gann; one daughter, Allison Ruehl (Sean); two sons, Allan Gann (Raquel) and Damon Gann; two grandchildren, Kaden Gann and Trinity Gann; one sister, Nancy Gardner; and many nieces and nephews. A private graveside service will be held at Friedberg Moravian Church Graveyard with Rev. James C. Newsome, Jr. and Rev. Dan K. Nelson officiating. In addition to flowers, memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Ln, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
