Shirley Raker Kotofsky

Shirley Jo Raker Kotofsky, 74, passed away on December 19, 2024, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

Shirley was born on Christmas day in 1949 in Forsyth County to the late Lamar Keith Raker and Dorothy Mae Martin Raker.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” John Kotofsky, Sr.; and daughter, Lisa Gillenwater.

Surviving family includes daughter, Sharon K. Smith; grandchildren, Skyler Smith (Hope), Sterling Smith and Savannah Smith; and stepson, Charles Kotofsky, II.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at Griffith Baptist Church, with Pastor Zach Decker officiating.
