Son Ninh

Mr. Son Ninh, 65, died on August 27, 2019, at his residence. Son was born in Vietnam on December 14, 1953, to Lock Ninh and Bong Thi Tran. While in Vietnam, he met the love of his life and future wife, Nhung Thi Nguyen. They married and had four beautiful children, whom they raised in Vietnam. In 2000 they moved to the United States, where all four of their children married and raised their nine grandchildren. Son adored his grandchildren and loved spending time with them. He was a devoted husband, who always cared for his family and a very loving father, who showed his love in many ways and always had the best bear hugs. Son was lively, outgoing, and fun. He earned the respect of many who admired his kind and grateful nature. He was preceded in death by his mother, Bong Thi Tran. Surviving are his loving wife, Nhung Thi Nguyen; four children, Thao Thi Ninh (husband Dung Thahn Huynh), Sang Nihn (wife Mi Phung), Tuyen Ninh, and Kelly Ninh; nine grandchildren, Steven Huynh, Tilly Huynh, Avanka Huyhn, Sora Huynh, Tuyet Vo, Tina Ninh, Johnny Ninh, Dylan Tran, and Olivia Tran; and one sister, Hong Bowman. The family will receive friends from 11am-7pm on Thursday, August 29, 2019, and from 10am-12pm on Friday, August 30, 2019, at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek.
