She then worked for Woodland Baptist Christian School, Winston-Salem, as a Bible teacher for several years. She also worked for Crestwood Baptist Daycare in Winston as a teacher. She leaves behind to grieve, her daughter, Brenda and spouse, James Thomas of Winston-Salem, daughter, Sandra Kay and spouse, Robert Johnson of Walnut Cove and a son, Winton and spouse, Nancy Spencer of Pilot Mountain, North Carolina. She had 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Jane served the Lord in every way she could, playing the piano and organ for various Baptist churches in Clearwater/Dunedin, Florida and also in the Winston-Salem area. She loved music and also taught music lessons in Florida and North Carolina. Jane was much loved by her family, friends and all who knew her. She will be missed very much until we can all be reunited in Heaven. Services will be held at Freeman Street Baptist Church in Winston-Salem on Saturday, February 1, at 2:00 pm with Rev.
