Mrs. Stacey Hawkins Alessio, age 55, of Lewisville, passed away Tuesday, January 6, 2026. She was born October 24, 1970, in Hart County, Kentucky, to Steve Hawkins and the late Linda Harp Hawkins.
Selfless and generous by nature, Stacey’s life revolved around caring for her children, family, and friends. She made sure everyone around her felt comfortable, welcome, and loved. She was a devoted and proud wife to Mario, a loving mother to Ellie, Frankie, and Stefano, and especially proud to be Nonna to her beloved grandchildren, Enzo and Sofia, a role that brought her immense happiness. She loved to cook and to be surrounded by those she loved, and she had a special gift for turning every holiday into something extraordinary. Her home was always open, and she was known as a gracious host who made everyone feel like family.
She is survived by her husband, Mario Alessio; her daughter, Ellie Hair; her sons, Frankie Alessio and Stefano Alessio, all of Lewisville; her beloved grandchildren, Enzo and Sofia; and her siblings, Anissa Hawkins of Louisville, KY; Kelly Hawkins Smith of Munfordville, KY; and Stephen Shane Hawkins of Munfordville, KY.
