Stephen Cook

Mr. Stephen Kelly Cook, 63, of Walnut-Cove, NC, passed away on Friday, March 10, 2023, at the Woltz Hospice Home in Dobson.

He was born on April 21, 1959, in Forsyth County, NC, to the late John Coy Cook and Dorothy Louise Cook.

Steve was a career electrician before his retirement. He loved making people laugh, and he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He took pride in both his work and family.

Steve was preceded in death by his parents; and his mother-in-law, Joyce Palmer.

He is survived by his son, Steven “Tony” Anthony Cook and daughter-in-law Jaime Cook; two grandsons, Liam Cook and Hudson Cook; daughter, Kelly Cook; and sister, Helen Cook.

There will be a celebration of life for Steve at Camel City BBQ Factory on Saturday March 18th, 2023 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
