Sue Norman Beaver

ADVANCE - Sue Norman Beaver died after a long illness on Thursday, November 29. She was born in Surry County on July 31, 1927, and lived most of her adult life in Wilkesboro. She had a strong, independent spirit and was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, John and Thomas Norman; and husband of 48 years, Ralph Beaver. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Libby B. Osborne and Blaine Osborne; and a grandson, Evan Osborne. A memorial service is planned for January 5 at 2:00 at First United Methodist Church in North Wilkesboro.
