Teddy Ray Whitt

Mr. Teddy Ray Whitt, 69, of Winston-Salem, was born on July 5, 1945 and entered into the presence of our Lord on the 24th day of May 2015. He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia Newsome; his grandfather and grandmother; and several aunts and uncles. Teddy is survived by his brother, Charles and wife Betty of King, N.C.; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and many friends. Teddy attended Freedom Baptist Church in Rural Hall, N.C. The family wishes to thank The Bus Ministry for picking him up and returning him safely home on Sundays. Teddy also loved to watch old movies. A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Stephen Tucker officiating.
