Terry Lee Cain

Mr. Terry Lee Cain, 55, ""I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith"" II Timothy 4:7, went home to be with the Lord July 23, 2008 at his home. He was born in Forsyth County on March 18, 1953 to the late Howard Lee and Lena Tuttle Cain. Terry was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall. One of Terry's priorities in life was the importance of family and friends. Terry was loved and will be missed by many. He was employed at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. for 35 years. Terry was also an avid outdoorsman, who loved to hunt, fish and work in his garden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jerry Lynn Cain and Gary Lee Cain. Terry is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Patricia Wilson Cain of the home, two loving sons, John David Cain and wife Kimberly of Winston-Salem and James Matthew Cain and wife Rachel of King and two brothers, Larry Steve Cain and wife Kathy and Carl Ray Cain and wife Audrey both of King. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 26, 2008 at Jefferson Church of Christ in Rural Hall with Peter Cain, Minister and Jerry Simpkins, Minister officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:30 this evening July 25, 2008 at Jefferson Church of Christ. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to; Jefferson Church of Christ Building Fund, 8200 Jefferson Church Rd., Rural Hall, NC 27045.
