Thelma Minor

Mrs. Thelma Lewis Minor, age 84 of Advance, passed away Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born January 29, 1933 in Forsyth County to Eunice Fletcher and Hoy Herbert Lewis. She is preceded in death by her husband, Billy Lewis Minor; one daughter, Sandra Williams and three sons, Ricky, Billy and Timothy Minor. She is survived by one son, Dicky Minor of Madison; two daughter-in-laws, Kathy Minor of Advance and Cathy Minor of Elkin; six grandchildren, Angela Richards, Michelle Lovelace, Monica Mize, Jason Minor, Summer Harm and Matthew Minor and 12 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel by Rev. Francis Smith. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
