Thomas Mack Masters, Jr.

KERNERSVILLE -- Mr. Thomas Mack Masters, Jr., 63, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Tommy was born on November 24, 1950 in Maryland to the late Thomas Mack Masters, Sr. and Mary Louise Snyder Masters. He was a great father; a loyal, compassionate man who was very dedicated to his family and friends. Tommy found humor in life and shared his gentleness with all he met, being a brother to everyone. Devoted to Christ, he was an active member of Cross Roads Ministry.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by one brother, Danny Masters.

Tommy is survived by his children, David Masters, Crystal Shoe, Amanda James, Brittany Masters and Brandon Pack; 4 grandchildren, Landon Masters, Elizabeth, Madison and Kylie Shoe; 3 sisters, Kathy Taylor, Tammy Barchiesi and Zera Masters; and 4 brothers, Billy, Carl, Jack, Sr. and Mack Masters.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
