Timmy Wayne Jackson

Timmy Wayne Jackson, 44, went home to his Heavenly Father on September 2, 2012 after a short battle with lung cancer. He was born on November 30, 1967 in Forsyth County to Elizabeth J Blevins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Garris Jackson and his Aunt, Peggy Hayes. He is survived by his mother Elizabeth; His son, Derrick; a brother, Kevin Jackson (Laura), a sister, Melissa Gardner (Randy) and nieces Kristin, Kaley and Keely. He is also survived by his Uncle Jimmy and Aunts Brenda and Shirley. He leaves behind a host of cousins and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Wednesday at Hayworth- Miller Silas Creek Chapel in Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm,Thursday, September 6, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Walkertown.
