Timothy Mayo

KERNERSVILLE – Timothy Paul Mayo, 54, passed away on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at his home. Timothy was born on February 17, 1967 in Botetourt County, VA. Never meeting a stranger, Timothy was always ready to share a conversation and help in any way he could. He was devoted to his family and his door was always open for advice, answers, or a visit. He loved fishing and had a great sense of humor.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Mayo; and his brother-in-law, Roy Smith.

Surviving are his wife, Kimberly Roper; his mother, Nancy Culler; two sisters, Pam Foster (Harold) and Valerie Smith; 14 nieces and nephews; and 9 great nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Saturday, December 4, 2021 at Woodland Baptist Church.

Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
