Todd Erwin Dillon

Todd Erwin Dillon, 60, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on Friday, May 31, 2024. He was born on December 1, 1963, to the late Grover Ernest Dillon and Barabra Maxey Dillon. Todd will be remembered for his dedication and love for those around him. He was generous and considerate, and always put others above himself. He was the biggest fan of the Carolina Hurricanes, and you could always find him tuned into the games during “hurricane season”. Todd was proud of his work as a metal fabricator at Burchette sign company in Colfax, where he made many impressive signs. He was a superhero to his children and grandchildren and left a lasting impression on those he met. To know Todd was to love him. He will be missed greatly.

In addition to his parents, Todd is preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters; as well as his first wife, Terry Dillon. 

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Niki Dawn May; a son, Brad Dillon; a daughter, Ashlie Dillon; as well as seven grandchildren, Layne, Braydon, Jackson, Ariana, Tyson, Marley, and Gabriel. 

A celebration of life in Todd’s honor will be held from 12:00-2:00 PM on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at the Kernersville Fourth of July Park.
