Tommie Patterson Davis

Mrs. Tommie Patterson Davis, 68, of Clemmons died Saturday, December 29, 2013 at The Oaks at Forsyth. She was born January 24, 1945 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late, William Francis and Opal Edith Marshal Patterson. Mrs. Davis was a graduate of Northwest High School and attended Davidson College. She was retired from Walmart. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gary Kent Davis, Sr. Survivors include one daughter, Tracy Davis (Tracy Schreier) of Clemmons; two sons, Greg Davis (Heidi) of Lexington and Kent Davis, Jr. (Denisa) of Winston-Salem; three granddaughters, Wisdom, Tru and Myth Davis; one sister, Edie Rogers (Jerry D.) of Bethania; one brother, William F. Patterson, Jr. (Tracy) of Greensboro and numerous nephews. A graveside service will be conducted Friday at 2:00 PM at Parklawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Charles Fishel officiating.
