Tommy Wayne Brewer

Mr. Tommy Wayne Brewer, 71, of Dobson died Sunday, August 18, 2013 at The Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home. He was born April 14, 1942 in Forsyth County, the son of the late Roy C. and Loraine Fulp Brewer. Survivors include his wife, Joyce Brewer of the home; one son, Jeff Brewer and wife, Jennifer of Charlotte; two daughters, Holli Carmin and husband, Robbie of Dobson and Pam Hatcher of Kernersville; six grandchildren, Tyler Gross and wife, Candace of Munfordville, KY, Austin Gross and wife, Jennifer of Panama City, FL, Garrett and Dillon Carmin of Dobson; Dakota Solomon of Kernersville and Gabby Brewer of Charlotte; four great grandchildren, Hunter Gross of Munfordville, KY and Hayden,Tucker and Braylen Gross of Panama City, FL; one brother, Donnie Brewer and wife, Trudy of Winston-Salem and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 1:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Jeff Brewer officiating. Entombment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home on Silas Creek Parkway.
