Tony Wayne Duggins, Sr.

KERNERSVILLE – Mr. Tony Wayne Duggins, Sr., 64, passed away at his home on April 10, 2025. He was born on February 4, 1961, to Charles and Joyce Duggins, in Forsyth County.

Tony is preceded in death by his father; his brother, Keith Duggins; and his grandmother, Janie Duggins

Left to cherish his memory are his mother, Joyce Montgomery; his son, Tony “Wayne” Duggins, Jr.; his sister, Tina Dancy (Chris); five grandchildren, Taylor Nicole, Charles Ryan, Christopher Wayne, Sophia Claire, and Charlotte Elizabeth; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

There will be a private family service at a later date. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
