Tonya Goodson

Ms. Tonya Michelle Goodson, 40, passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018. She was born on July 11, 1978 in Dalton, Georgia to Gerald Goodson and Linda Cantrell Goodson. Tonya enjoyed helping others and she dearly loved her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving family includes fiancé, Mark Smith of Winston-Salem; children, Brittany Bridle of Statesville, Tiffany Bridle of Statesville, and Shawn Bridle of Winston-Salem; sister, Lynsey Goodson of Winston-Salem; nieces and nephews, Makailyn Fine of Winston-Salem, Natalie Fine of Winston-Salem, and Elijah Stewart of Winston-Salem. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Cedardale Baptist Church with Pastor Nick Phillips. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
