Ulva Kirby Vogler

Ulva Kirby Vogler, 94, departed her earthly home Wednesday, December 5, 2012 and is with Jesus and her loved ones. Ulva was born January 16, 1918 to J.C. and Annie Wright Kirby of King, NC. She was married to Johnny H. Vogler of Tobaccoville and together they ran Vogler's Grocery & Service store in Pfafftown for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Jack, Keith, Clyde and Claude Kirby; and a beloved niece, Betty Davis Levicki. Surviving are many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 8 at Crestview Memorial Park in Rural Hall. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, December 7 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall. The family wishes to thank all her great caregivers and friends at Danby House of Winston-Salem.
