Vady Chanthavong

Vady Chanthavong , 82 of Winston-Salem passed away on November 16, 2014 at 10:45 p.m. at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. She is survived by her husband of 60 years Phouk Chanthavong, her only daughter, Phou Chanthavong , two sons, Sourichahn and Khonesavahn Chanthavong. Her loving kindred soul and beautiful heart leaves twelve grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Her memory will live forever in our hearts. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Winston-Salem on Friday, November 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Hayworth-Miller Chapel on Saturday, November 22, 2014, starting at 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
