Vickie Rich

Vickie Atkinson Rich, 65, of Winston-Salem died Wednesday, February 28th, 2018 at her residence. Vickie was born March 11th, 1952 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late Daniel and Mabel Lewis Atkinson. She worked for AT&T for many years and thoroughly enjoyed music and movies. Vickie was married to the late Ronald "Bubba" Steven Rich who preceded her in death in 1996. She was a loving mother to two sons, Joseph Steven Rich and wife, Stacy and Ronald Chadwick Rich and wife, Rebecca and Grandma to Wyatt. She is also survived by two brothers, Danny Atkinson and Johnny Atkinson, three sisters, Betty Moser, Peggy Lawson and Shirley Atkinson and many beloved nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM Monday, March 5, 2018 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Christa Warise officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park.
