Vincent John Muller, Jr. passed away peacefully at home on Monday, August 17, 2026, surrounded by family. Born on January 12, 1944, in Newark, NJ, Vincent lived a life defined by hard work, faith, and devotion to his family.
Vincent attended technical school to become certified as an auto mechanic. After working at several car dealerships, he went into his own businesses, The Corner Convenience and B & V Auto Repair in Skillman, NJ. Vincent later worked for the State of New Jersey at the Ann Klein Forensic Center, from which he retired. He was a hardworking man of faith, a loving husband, father, and Pop-Pop who will be greatly missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent John Muller, Sr. and Helen Lockwood Muller; his sons, Jonathan Andrew Muller, and Jonathan Edward Muller.
Vincent is survived by his beloved wife of 62 years, Joan Muller; and his devoted canine companion, Sushi.
He leaves behind his loving children, Steven Muller (Yessica) of Manville, NJ, Kenny Muller of Winston-Salem, NC, Debbie Zeballos “his pink rosebud”, of Kernersville, NC, and Chris Muller (Jenna) of Kernersville, NC; cherished grandchildren, Erica Zeballos, Gabriella Zeballos, Austin Muller, Aiden Muller, Jacob Muller, and Connor Muller; brother, James Muller of Tom's River, NJ; and, Jessica Muller and Jackson Hawes, whom he considered his family.
The family finds comfort in knowing that Vincent is now in the arms of Jesus, and they look forward to the day when they will be reunited.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
