Mrs. Virginia ""Ginnie"" Kallam Burton, 95 of Winston-Salem, NC, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2014. Ginnie was born October 15, 1919 to the late Harry C. and Nannie Martin Kallam. She attended Montreat-Anderson College and was a graduate of Draughn's Business College. Ginnie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Winston-Salem, where she was a member of Ken Sanders Bible Fellowship Class. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, E.O. Burton and a grandson, Richard Scott Setzer. Surviving to cherish her memory is a daughter; Bonnie Burton of Winston-Salem, a son; Fred Burton and wife, Pat of Mooresville, NC, three grandchildren; Robin Setzer, Jeff Burton, Jonathan Burton, four great-grandchildren; Matthew, Philip, Audrey, and Patrick Burton, and a sister, Isabell Stephens. The Funeral Service will be conducted 3:00 pm Saturday, October 15, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel officiated by Ken Sanders. Burial will follow in the Forsyth Memorial Park.
