Virginia Sowers Hege

Mrs. Virginia Sowers Hege passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon, November 18, 2014 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Davidson County on January 21, 1940 to the late John Michael and Beulah Evans Sowers.

She is preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Hege, her sister Pauline Craver and her brother Henry Sowers. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters Ginger Hege Dockery (husband Dan), and Carol Hege Cavallaro, and five wonderful grandchildren Daniel Mckinley Dockery III, Robert Lee Dockery, Salem Virginia Dockery, Nicholas Robert Cavallaro and Lauren Michele Cavallaro.

The funeral service will be held Sunday afternoon Nov. 23, 2014 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Hayworth-Miller funeral home, 3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, burial will follow at Salem Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 until 8:00PM Saturday the 22nd.
