Vivian Mae Nelson Walker

Ms. Vivian Mae Nelson Walker, 82, passed away on February 17, 2024, at Rose Tara Senior Living. She was born on January 24, 1942, in Winston-Salem to the late Laddie Nelson and Ruby Sullivan Nelson. Vivian enjoyed listening to music, reading, and watching television. Most importantly, she was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her family. Vivian is survived by one daughter, Robin Moorefield (Eddie), two grandchildren; Kelly Ashley (Cody), and Ryker Moorefield, four great-grandchildren; Mason, Kinley, and Emma Ashley, and Isaiah Moorefield, the father of her children, William Blake Walker, one sister, Brenda Nelson, and two brothers; David and Robert Nelson. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday February 20, 2024, at Crestview Memorial Park with Pastor Greg Hall officiating.
