Warner Doran Lynch

THOMASVILLE-Warner Doran Lynch, 79 a loving husband, father and grandfather who will be dearly missed, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Alston Brook Nursing. He was born in Chester County, PA on February 15, 1936 to the late Doran and Mae Welch Lynch. Warner was employed for many years with Pilot and Roadway Freight Companies. He was an avid reader and outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and NASCAR racing.

Surviving are his wife of 61 years, Virginia Roland Lynch; daughter, Sherry Wagoner and husband, Mike; son, Tommy Lynch and wife, Sharon; eight grandchildren, Laurie Johnson, Johnny Wagoner, Benjamin Lynch, Jeremy Lynch, Samantha Barnes, Josh, Mandi and Austin Beck; eight great- grandchildren, Cameron, Bella, Hailee, Bridget, Ceaira, Landon, Macy and Braxton; five brothers, Jack, Arvie, Bill, Mack and Ken Lynch; five sisters, Eva Rushing, Virginia White, Mary Sue Lynch, Mildred Burnside and Nancy Nettles.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, January 30, 2016 at Bunker Hill United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends from 3-3:45 PM prior to the service in the fellowship hall at Bunker Hill United Methodist Church.
