Warren Lynn DeMaria

Mr. Warren Lynn DeMaria, 61, passed away at home on Thursday, February 15, 2024.  He was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 2, 1962, to the late John Carlos DeMaria, Sr. and Gloria DuFresne DeMaria.  He was employed at Collins Aerospace.  Being from New Orleans, Mr. DeMaria became a New Orleans Saints fan from their inception. He also enjoyed NASCAR and fishing. He especially loved family getaways to the beach and mountains.  He was a loving husband and father.  Preceding him in death were two brothers, John C. DeMaria, Jr. and Joseph DeMaria.   Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 24 years, Sharon Wyatt DeMaria; two daughters, Abigail DeMaria (Adam) and Ivey DeMaria; brother, Thomas DeMaria; several nieces and nephews and a special friend, Marie D. Selders.  A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, February 21, 2024, at Mountlawn Memorial Park in N. Wilkesboro.  The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Tuesday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
