Mr. Wiley Carroll Hill, 72, of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, March 18, 2019 at his residence. Mr. Hill was born in Forsyth County to the late Roosevelt Lewis Hill and Mattie Croker Hill on January 6, 1947. He was of the Baptist Faith. Wiley served his country in The United States Army. He retired from his own trucking company after many years of working, up until an accident, forcing him into retirement. Most importantly he was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother. Along with his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his loving wife, Cindy Hill. He is survived by daughter, Jennifer Hill of Winston Salem; Daphne Fish and husband James of Clemmons; sons, Wiley Carroll Hill II and wife Diane; Robert Jason Hill and wife Heather of Welcome; stepson, Chris Hilton of Winston-Salem; eight grandchildren, Miranda, Kristina, Nathaniel, Jeremy, Jessica, Jacob, Robert Hill and Justin Lawson; three great grandchildren, Aiden and Jackson Hill; Katie Lawson; brother, R.L. Hill and wife Carole of Georgia; special friend, Angel Cook; his special pets, Scooter, Mad Dog and Paris. A Gathering of family and friends visitation will be held 4:00 to 6:00 PM Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller, Silas Creek. Online condolences may be sent to www.hayworth-miller.com.
