William Jeffrey Crater

KERNERSVILLE - William Jeffrey Crater, 51, passed away Monday, November 7, 2016. Jeffrey was born November 11, 1964 in Forsyth County to William Eugene and Marion Salmons Crater. Jeffrey was a Veteran of the US Marines.

He enjoyed watching movies with his family, especially westerns and old black & white movies. Jeffrey loved fishing and also wrestling. He wrestled in his younger years in the local WWW, with a wrestling alias of ""Righteous Rider!""

In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by his nephew and niece, Christopher and Heather Holder.

Surviving are his children, Chelsea, Haley and Jeffrey E. Crater; two sisters, Sheila Holder (Tommy) and Theresa Ridings (Ricky); two nieces, Brooke Johnson (Sam) and Courtney Holder; a great niece, Emma Holder; and a great nephew, Bramley Johnson.

A funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Gur Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
