William Kenneth Ebling

Mr. William Kenneth Ebling, 89, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born in Philadelphia, PA on November 26, 1925 to the late William Edward and Grace Cushing Ebling. Mr. Ebling retired from Westinghouse Airbrake. He enjoyed gardening, fishing at the Outer Banks, and was a member of Center Grove Baptist Church. Surviving is his wife of 65 years, Janice Ramsey Ebling; two daughters, Linda Ebling and Jennifer Grachen (Joseph); two sons, Kenneth Ebling and John Ebling; four grandchildren, Joseph Grachen, Jenna Kessler (Brad), Julia Grachen, and Jaclyn Grachen; also surviving is his great-grandson, Jackson Levi. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with Dr. Steve Corts officiating. Burial will follow at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Samaritan's Purse, PO Box 3000 Boone, NC 28607.
