William Jason Heath

Jason Heath, 52, of Cape Coral, Florida died unexpectedly Sunday, August 30, 2026 at his home. Jason was born in Forsyth County, NC and grew up on the family farm in Rural Hall. He attended North Forsyth High School before heading out on his own and settling in Florida. He loved living in Florida but always looked forward to returning to his North Carolina home. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Mack Wall and Mr.and Mrs. Elmer Heath; his father, “Jay” Heath, Jr.; and his sister, Jeanne Heath Carlson. He is survived by his beloved mother, Barbara Wall Heath, of Rural Hall, a nephew and several aunts, cousins, other relatives and many friends, both locally and abroad. Private burial will be in the family plot at Forsyth Memorial Park. Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel is assisting the Heath family.
