William Henry Nicholson, II

         Mr. William Henry Nicholson, II, 100, of Bermuda Run, NC passed away Tuesday, July 28, 2026. He was born January 17, 1926 in Durham, NC to Sterling Johnston Nicholson and Mary Stagg Nicholson. Mr. Nicholson was a veteran who served in the U.S. Navy. Surviving are his wife of 75 years, Miriam Bailey Nicholson; a daughter, Sarah Simon; a son, William Henry Nicholson, III; five grandchildren, Benjamin Simon (Jade), William Simon (Ellie), Jacob Simon (Sonia), Mollie Nicholson and Claire Nicholson and two great grandchildren, Mia Simon and Cecilia Simon. 
          A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel is serving the Nicholson family.
