Mr. Zachary "Zack" Ryan Warner, 19, of Greensboro passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2017 at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 26, 1998 in Winston-Salem to Eddie Ray Warner, Jr. and Donna Hoffman Warner. Mr. Warner was full of life, loved to dance, and had the ability to bring a smile to anyone's face. He was well liked by all who knew him. Mr. Warner also enjoyed racecars. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Terry Warner; maternal grandfather, James Ronald Hoffman. Surviving are his parents, one sister, Emily Hoffman and fiancé Jamey; maternal grandmother, Kathy Hoffman; Paternal grandmother, Maxine Warner Boyles; paternal grandfather, Eddie Warner, Sr. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October, 25, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Bob McCaskill officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Autism Society of North Carolina, 505 Oberlin Rd., Raleigh, NC 27605.
