Arthur Adams

Mr. Arthur June Adams, 94, passed away Friday, January 15, 2021 at Bermuda Commons. He was  born July 31, 1926 in Yadkin Co. to the late Arthur and Thursie Alley Adams.  Mr. Adams was a United States Army Veteran and someone that truly enjoyed life.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Ann Adams; a son, Jerry Adams; his two brothers and two sisters, Wes, Carlton, Eva and Lydia.   Surviving are his son, Jeff Adams; a daughter, Sheila Arrington (Doug); five grandchildren, Tammy Cockerham, Jennifer Tompkins, Amanda Adams-Brackens, Chastity Gentry and Seth Arrington; and nine great-grandchildren. A private family inurnment will take place at Stony Knoll United Methodist Church in East Bend.  In lieu of any flowers, please send memorial donations to the American Heart Association in honor of Mr. Adams.
