Deetta Swaim

Mrs. DeEtta Richardson Swaim, 83, of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020. She was born June 16, 1937 in Ashe County to Stella Taylor Richardson and Everett William Richardson. Mrs. Swaim was of the Baptist faith and retired from AT & T after 19 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy Dean Swaim, Sr.; three brothers, Cecil Paul Richardson, Herman Lee Richardson, and Junior Lee Richardson and one son-in-law, Dale Duggins. Surviving are two daughters, Debra Dixon (Jimmy) and Sheila Duggins; three sons, Troy Dean Swaim, Jr. (Karen), Kenneth Dale Swaim and David Andrew Swaim; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; two brothers, Daniel Wayne Richardson and Everett Charles Richardson and two sisters, Jean Pettus and Carolyn Messer. A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Monday, September 28, 2020 at Parklawn Memorial Park with Rev. Brad Richardson
officiating.
