Joel Schroeher

Wallburg- Mr. Joel Louis Schroeher passed away peacefully on November 27th, 2019 in his home in Wallburg, NC surrounded by his wife, children, and grand children. He was born on October 6th, 1957 on Long Island, NY, the son of Joseph and Mary Schroeher. Joel married his wife, Helen "Holly" Schroeher, on September 6th, 1986.
Joel was a hard worker and traveled the country working for Konica Minolta for almost 20 years as a Senior Service Technical Engineer. He was able to pass along the values of hard work to his children through Cub Scouts and Band. In his spare time, Joel enjoyed building computers, house projects, and playing corn hole.
Joel is survived by his wife, Helen Schroeher; his son, Joseph Schroeher; his daughter, Veronica Schroeher Espilondo and her husband, Clement Espilondo, and Joel’s grandchildren, Eloise and Theo Espilondo. He is also survived by his mother, Mary Schroeher; his siblings; Gary Schroeher, Dean Schroeher, and Diane Zarick, their spouses, niece and nephews.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. A memorial mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM Friday, December 6, 2019 at Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church, Thomasville with Fr.
