Obituary
Kernersville – Mr. Louis Roy Hart, Sr., 55, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 9, 2020 at his residence. He was born on October 14, 1964 in Danbury, CT.Louis was a veteran of the United States Navy. He loved his country and his family. His passion was music, especially 80’s rock. Louis was also an avid fan of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Louis was preceded in death by one sister, Loretta Hart as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Kim Bryant Hart; son, Louis Roy Hart, Jr. (Yaloha Mairena); daughter, TeNisha Hart (Edward Blackford); stepchildren, Randi Jarvis (Luke) and Brandon Coggins (Stephanie); 11 grandchildren, David, James, Vanessa, Hanna, Silas, Eddie, Ryann, Abigail, Payton, Caroline, and Claire; his mother, Janice Sheltra Hart; father, Frederick Louis Hart (wife, Kim); brothers, Frederick Hart, Jr. and William Hart (Lorie); sister, Lori Mackie (David); two step sisters, Tammy and Jessica LaTray; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held followed by interment at Salisbury National Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society of NC at 1901 Brunswick Ave, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28207. Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel is assisting the family.
