Myrtle Meadows

Mrs. Myrtle Roberson Meadows, 89, passed away Saturday, September 5, 2020 at Kernersville Medical Center. She was born April 23, 1931in Forsyth County to the late Edgar Roberson and Beulah Martin Roberson. Myrtle loved Skate World, she retired from Skate World after 50 years of service. She was known as “Grandma” to everyone. She always said she raised half of Kernersville. Myrtle was loving and excepting of everyone. She never said a cross word about anyone, she loved us all.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd “Pete” Franklin Meadows.

Surviving are; two sons, Victor Meadows, and Lorne Meadows and wife Teresa, one grandson, Isaac Wayne Meadows, special friend, Leonard Warner, two sisters in law, Beverly Meadows, and Joan Meadows.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 9, 2020 in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Skate World at 1995 West Mountain Street Kernersville, NC 27284.
