Robin Jacobs

Mrs. Robin Lynn Jacobs, 65, passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021. She was born on May 24, 1955 in Pittsburgh, PA to William Jacobs, Jr. and Bernice Thompson Jacobs. Robin studied undergrad at Edinboro University, and she received her master’s degree from Pitt University. She was a swim coach for Tyde Swim Team, which was originally WSY Swim Team, for 40 years. Robin received numerous state and national awards for coach of the year. She loved going to the beach and taking trips to Disney World.  She was always smiling and loved to laugh. Robin loved to read. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, William and Tom Jacobs. Surviving is her husband, Thomas Slack; daughter, Torrey Jackson and son-in-law, Kelly; and cousin, Tracy Hull. Due to Covid-19, no formal services will be held at this time.
