Seaford Johnston

Mr. Seaford Robert Gray Johnston, 51, passed away Friday, July 23, 2021, at his home. He was born in Forsyth County on March 13, 1970, to late Ernest Richard Johnston, Sr. and Lucy Violet Myers Johnston. Most importantly he was a family man and loved his kids. He also enjoyed carp fishing, traveling to the beach, and listening to music. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Ricky Johnston, Randy Johnston, Sharron Simpson, Tony Johnston, and Donna Woollen. He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria Childress; children, Samantha Newman, Trudy Newman, and Eric Johnston. In addition, he was a father figure to Katelyn Johnston, Nadia Johnston, Trenton Johnston, and Ania Johnston; three special grandchildren; three sisters, Tammy Wallace (Mark), Linda White (Wade), and Jane Whitaker; three brothers, John Johnston, Richard Johnston (Jeanne), and Michael Johnston; numerous nieces and nephews; and five people that held a special place in his heart. A graveside service will be conducted 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Pinnacle United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Mark Wallace officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30- 1:30PM Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel.
